Welcome to my portfolio site!
I’ve always had a love for design, be it a beautiful dress, an amazing interior, or an unforgettable app on my phone (which truly solves problems for me or simply makes my life a little easier). A great design stirs my soul and brings a smile to my face, and everyone who knows me well describes me as a creative person with an eye for design.
While I agree with them, I’m also naturally curious and I thoroughly enjoy uncovering the truth about people, places, and things. Especially as it pertains to consumer issues that can be solved with products and/or services, by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. While at Kraft Foods, I delivered insights to several brands (e.g. Kraft Singles, Deli Delux, DiGiorno, Tombstone, Jacks, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Breakstone, Kraft Dips, Posts, Lunchables, etc.) which drove brand development, advertising campaigns, marketing communications, packaging, new products, and new business development.
Now fast forward to 2021, when I discovered the role of a UX Designer, a role which would allow me to express both sides of myself (the analytical truth seeker & the creative), I was elated! Then, once I started using the design process to systematically create designs starting with empathizing with users and ending with qualitative testing, I knew for sure I had finally found my “sweet spot of a career”.
Now everyone will know (something my family and friends have always known) UX design allows me to showcase my ability to harmonize left-brain thinking with right-brain creativity to deliver products and services that meet users' needs and solve real-world problems.
